The Marvel X-Men Panel is in full flow at C2E2. And amongst news of Layla Miller getting off with Jamie Maddrox, there are a lot of issue 1 mutant books coming through the evolutionary pipe.

Chris Clarmont and Al Rio are doing New Mutants Forever #1 in August. Presumably not following on from the Rob Liefeld run. And Whilce Potracio will draw Uncanny X-Men from July.

As Bleeding Cooled, Victor Gischler and Paco Medina kick off another new X-Men #1, the vampires vs mutants battle that we've been plugging for a few days.

Marjorie Liu Daniel Way and Giuseppe Camuncoli will launch Daken: Dark Wolverine #1 in September

Wolverine gets its own #1 again with Jason Aaron and Renato Guedes for September.

And toldya Rick Remender was working on an X-book. Turns out it's New X-Force #1 with Jerome Opena in October, taking on Apocalypse.
