Our Friend, Trevor Slattery Is In Iron Man 3

Bleeding Cool often follows the activities of Hollywood's A-List and the movies they are making. But occasionally we like to throw a spotlight on the little guys.

I first saw Trevory Slattery in Croydon, playing King Lear. A teenager at the time, it has stayed with me since, and remains my favourite Shakespearean production of all time. That may have been my youth and inexperience, but it stayed with me.

Years later I'd have the privilege of working with Slattery in radio advertising, he was a common voice on the circuit and had been for years. I was able to share my memories of that night in Croydon and he told me he thought it was his crowning glory.

Maybe that's about to change. Another fan of his, and writer of the sitcom No Heroics, Drew Pearce cast him in the upcoming threequel Iron Man 3. It's a small part but I'm told he acts Robert Downey Jr off the screen.

You can find more about Trevor Slattery here and follow him on Twitter here. I urge that you do. You'll never guess where he'll pop up next.
