Reckless Ghost Riding in Avengers #22 [Preview]

Marvel seems to be gearing up for a big push for Ghost Rider(s) with the new Ghost Rider series launching in October, starring Johnny Blaze and Danny Ketch. But in the pages of Avengers, Robbie Reyes is still the main Ghost Rider, though his ride appears to be giving him a bit of trouble as we see in this preview of Avengers #22.

First, Robbie is feeling a little bit dismayed by recent events and considering quitting the team as he takes his brother for a ride in the car.

But the car, it seems, has ideas of its own. And believe it or not, a demonic automobile powered by hellfire and the spirit of vengeance doesn't have much respect for traffic laws.

And it's wreaking havoc on the other motorists, causing multiple car accidents.

Hopefully, Robbie has good insurance. Though we imagine the premiums on a hell car must be astronomical. Still, at least he may get a discount for safety features, like flaming chains that lock passengers in place against their will.

Will Robbie be able to get things under control before he gets a traffic violation? We'll find out when Avengers #22 hits stores on Wednesday.

Only problem is, Johnny Blaze, the king of Hell, has some plans of his own for the newest Ghost Rider and his Avengers friends.
