Only a few things are certain in life. Death. Taxes. Marvel's need to publish at least five monthly Spider-Man comics. Peter David is familiar with two of those. And that brings us to this preview of Symbiote Spider-Man #5, out next week by David and Greg Land…
As we head back to the 1980s, when Spider-Man first gained his black costume, to find Mysterio leaving regular crime behind to take up fashion crime, as he previously convinced the Black Cat to steal a sample of Spidey's new suit.
But Spider-Man is not about to stand for gimmick infringement.
Though it seems Spidey is coming up a bit ineffective in this fight.
Mysterio is taking this infringement a little too far, honestly.
Thankfully, Marvel's new bestseller is here to save the day.
