DC returns to shipping comics next week, with Action Comics #1018 set to hit stores on New Years Day. By "The Great One" Brian Bendis, John Romita Jr., and Klaus Janson, Action Comics #1018 continues what the solicit calls "one of the biggest Superman stories of all time," and things aren't looking good for the Man of Steel or his pals in the Justice League in this preview. Will the Legion of Doom emerge victorious? Probably not, but you've got to suspend disbelief for these things.
