Valiant's Major Announcements From Twitter HQ Via Periscope In One Week's Time #ValiantSummit
San Diego Comic Con is the place where big comic book companies make big comic book announcements.
Aside from Valiant. Who this year, it seems, are going to make a bunch of pre-SDCC announcements about their future at Twitter HQ in San Francisco, via Periscope, for something called #ValiantSummit.
In attendance will be Valiant creators Robert Venditti and Jen Van Meter as well as Valiant's execs and editorial staffers Dinesh Shamdasani, Warren Simons, and Hunter Gorinson
Expect news on their upcoming summer event Book of Death, as well as the post-Book of Death shape of the Valiant Universe — the inclusion of Van Meter and Venditti on the panel should help provide some clues of where things are headed next.
They will also be providing a breakdown of what has made Valiant a force to be reckoned with throughout 25 years of comics history and a breakdown of their leading characters, focusing on X-O Manowar, Bloodshot, Ninjak, Divinity – and of course Book Of Death, so this is a chance for new readers to jump on board as well.
It will all begin next week Tuesday, June 30th at 3pm ET/Noon PT/8PM BST. And you can ask questions ahead of time using the #ValiantSummit hashtag, for the live Q&A session as part of the hour Periscope presentation.
Go on. I'll be watching.
