VIDEO – Stan Lee Unboxes His First Box As His Second Goes Silver Age
Here's a video Stan Lee unboxing the first of his Stan Lee Boxes, that shipped out over Christmas.
But we also look to his next. Harkening back to his favorite age of comics, The Silver Age, he's put together an homage to those times with collectibles and exclusives in his second Stan Lee Box issue, shipping out on February 22nd.
That includes a variant cover to Monsters Unleashed #1 in both sketch and color versions, by Mike Mayhew on homage to Jack Kirby's cover to The Avengers #1.
And a pre-release Spider-Man collectible figure from QMX available first only to Stan Lee Box subscribers…
…as well as an exclusive Stan Lee T-Shirt celebrating the origin of Stan and his hometown of New York City.
Oh and we have a quote from Stan about the second box. "Putting together the second Stan Lee Box was very nostalgic for me, all the incredible memorabilia really brought me back to my favorite era of comics," says Stan Lee. "I can't wait to see the marvelous reactions of all my true believers. Excelsior!"
