The new X-Force #1 launching today by Geoffrey Thorne and Marcus To as part of the X-Men: From The Ashes, relaunch gives us a better sense of the post-Krakoa world of the mutants. And the way the nations have reacted to the fall of Krakoa and the immigrant spread of the remaining mutants….
… half the government's have declared all mutants terrorists the rest are just scared of them. I wonder what that means for NYX?
No, sorry, I just did that joke. But what does it mean for Great Britain? Which, last we saw, was being run by a cabal of ancient mutant-hating wizards loyal to Mordred who refused to acknowledge Krakoa diplomatically and refused Krakoan medicine. … I think Forge may have just invented kinetic energy sneakers from 2017. Still, add Pseudonium to the list of Marvel metals. I mean, actual ordinary people have heard of adamantium and vibranium now, so who knows how far this will spread? Because all of this is Forge's desire to fix the world like he fixes everything he sees. The world is broken. And, in the QR Code bonus page, all that is just underlined.
As they are watched by the Portuguese. Time for Garth Marenghi again…
