Will BOOM!'s WWE Smackdown #1 Comic Spoil Show's Fox Debut? [Preview]

WWE Smackdown #1 is in stores from explosive publisher BOOM! Studios next week (and how appropriate, with the wrestling company rumored to be bringing back pyro starting with next week's shows). A story from Kevin Panetta, Kendall Goode, and Serg Acuna will focus on Becky Lynch, and we've got a preview below.

And the preview begins with The Man showing up for an event… at the Staples Center?!

That's right, Lynch is arriving at the arena for Smackdown's Fox debut, also the 20th-anniversary show (an excuse to bring back Attitude Era ratings to boost ratings). But wait… that show doesn't take place until Friday…

…and this comic isn't out until Monday! How can the creative team possibly know what's going to happen at a wrestling event that hasn't taken place yet?!

Are the rumors that wrestling is predetermined true?

We want to believe that, Becky. We really do. WWE Smackdown #1 is in stores on Wednesday. WWE Friday Night Smackdown debuts on Fox at 8PM on Friday.
