Wizard World Portland "Double The Size, Double The Crowd"

The figures aren't in yet. But crack Bleeding Cool reporter Ian Melton tells us, from Wizard World Portland, that not only has the convention expanded to twice the size it covered last year, but he reckons there's twice the crowd there as well.

Hardly scientific, but definitely expansion for the comic convention organisers in the Portland area, and deservedly given the size of the comic book local scene that can be tapped, both in attendance and guests.

Although a lack of wi-fi or 3G in the convention center might make it harder to get the word out…
