Wonder Woman Artist Bilquis Evely Would Make Bob Ross Proud With Happy Trees

Bilquis Evely is a comic book artist that is quickly growing in popularity. She has worked on Batman, Legends of Tomorrow and DC Bombshells for DC, The Shadow, Shaft, Red Sonja and Vampirella Feary Tales for Dynamite, Betty & Veronica for Archie as well as covers for all of the above plus Dark Horse and Valiant. She is the current artist on Wonder Woman.

Today she took to social media with a short video of her inking a page with a brush. In the piece she is working on a very intricate looking tree but doing it with the ease of Bob Ross painting 'happy little trees'. Though there is no sound in the clip, I really want to believe that she is doing a soft, friendly narration where she is talking about adding branches and working on the trunk.

Issue #24 of Wonder Woman is out today.
