Koei Tecmo Reveals The Release Date For "Fairy Tail"

This morning, Koei Tecmo and GUST finally revealed when we'll be seeing Fairy Tail released, along with a new launch trailer. The game will officially come out on March 19th, 2020 for the PS4. What's more, two physical editions were announced for the Japanese release. The first one called the Guild Box comes with an AB2 poster, three character 3D cards, and some stickers. Meanwhile, the Digital Deluxe Edition will have those items plus Great Magic Games Team Bonus costumes, a bonus Lacrima set of items, and an extra Atelier Ryza costume for Lucy. Enjoy the trailer as we wait to see what editions will be coming out in the west.

Demons, dark wizards, dragons, and cats – players will find it all as they start your journey in the land of Fiore. In Fairy Tail, wizards play through the adventures of Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia, as well as other eccentric members of the Fairy Tail mage guild, on a fun-filled and thrilling quest. GUST Studios is creating the game under the supervision of author Hiro Mashima, promising a faithful recreation for the Fairy Tail world and its unusual inhabitants; including everything from magic to its iconic characters.
