With all the big action moments this season, sometimes what makes Arrow good are the quite character moments. In this clip from Al Sah-Him, John Diggle, Lila Michaels, Felicity Smoak and Thea Queen are sitting down to dinner and trying to figure out the new status quo now that Oliver is gone.

Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8 PM on the CW.
