Dying Light Has Free Hard Mode Coming Soon

I actually find Dying Light pretty hard. It's easy enough to bust a few zombies open, but it's also easy enough to find yourself then unwittingly surrounded by several more in the process. If you are dealing with more than four or five zombies at a time, that can be a real issue.

Apparently, that isn't enough for some people though. Techland have announced that they are going to be adding a free hard mode to the game soon. In a statement, producer Tymon Smektala shared:

A few gamers have already finished Dying Light and are asking for more. So we're going to give our community a new challenge that will put everything they learnt in the game to the test. Hard Mode is exactly that. We're aiming to have it out around the start of March, if not sooner. Depends on how brutal we wanna make this on people.

Supposedly there will be a heavier emphasis on stealth and traversal in the mode. That sounds like a slow way to playing Dying Loght, and not quite the way I want to interact with the title. I have no doubt that there are droves of people who can't wait to jump in though.
