Robin Hood: 2 Clips, 2 TV Spots, and 6 New Posters
Lionsgate is getting ready to push Robin Hood hard in a weekend that looks already very full. There haven't been any reviews yet but Lionsgate is releasing a lot of material for anyone who is interested. First we have two clips; the first of which features a wounded Robin as he plans with Little John. The second shows off how much scenery Ben Mendelsohn is going to chew as the Sheriff. If you were worried it wasn't going to be a lot then you're in for a treat.
Next we have two new TV spots that show off some new footage and give us some more hints about what the plot is going to be.
Finally, we have a series of posters from ArcLight Cinemas which, even if this movie doesn't turn out to be very good, are stunningly beautiful. These might be worth looking into if you're a poster enthusiast.
Summary: A war-hardened Crusader and his Moorish commander mount an audacious revolt against the corrupt English crown in a thrilling action-adventure packed with gritty battlefield exploits, mind-blowing fight choreography, and a timeless romance.
Robin Hood, directed by Otto Bathurst, stars Taron Egerton, Jamie Dornan, Ben Mendelsohn, Jamie Foxx, and Eve Hewson. It will be released on November 21st.
