Robin Williams To Be Honored In One Of His Favorite Places – Azeroth
It was a well-known secret that Robin Williams was a big fan of video games. He named his daughter Zelda… it was also known that he was an active player in World of Warcraft and would spend time trolling the trade channel on his preferred server of Mannoroth. He had said in interviews that he took his Warcraft character very seriously.
Shortly after the news of his death broke on Monday, a petition was put together on change.org asking Blizzard Entertainment to create an in-game memorial for the much beloved comedian. It quickly garnered over 10,000 signatures… when someone linked the petition to some of the games developers, this was the response:
@Dakirokos @mumper @CM_Lore @DaveKosak @davhave Yes. We're taking care of it.

Just how it will be taken care of remains to be seen, but with the company working on their latest expansion Warlords Of Draenor, the release date for which will be announced tomorrow at the Ace Theatre in Los Angeles. Working a memorial of some kind into that release could be what they are planning.
