Trailer For 'The Mountain Between Us' Starring Idris Elba And Kate Winslet
We got a first look at the upcoming drama The Mountain Between Us and it looks like they decided to drop the trailer on us today. The setup looks to be about what we expect from this sort of movie but great actors can make what appears to be a tired premise interesting.
Stranded after a tragic plane crash, two strangers must forge a connection to survive the extreme elements of a remote snow covered mountain. When they realize help is not coming, they embark on a perilous journey across hundreds of miles of wilderness, pushing one another to endure and discovering strength they never knew possible.
The Mountain Between Us will be directed by Hany Abu-Assad and stars Kate Winslet, Idris Elba, Beau Bridges, and Dermot Mulroney. It will be released on October 20, 2017.
