After what can best be described as "uneven" episode last week, the war between Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) Saviors and Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) coalition elevates to some gruesome "biological warfare" levels with this week's twelfth episode of the AMC's The Walking Dead, 'The Key':
