Defenders #7 cover by David Marquez and Justin Ponsor
First off, yeah, I was pretty exasperated when I saw that Deadpool's recap was three pages of text To its credit, it actually acknowledged something I feared while reading it I was worried that[...]

We review the 'Iron Fist' continuation of Marvel Legacy, featuring the return of Sabretooth to the comic. Is this the Round 2 we've waited for?
We've come to the end of the first round of Defenders series, and Jessica Jones has come out on top, generally considered among the best, if not the best, of the series thus far That series was largely an adaptation and, frankly, an improvement upon the original "Purple" story from Alias It makes just a[...]

The Defenders #6 from Marvel Comics by Brian Michael Bendis, David Marquez and Justin Ponsor is a bit of the exception that proves the rule to much of what we can expect with Marvel Legacy While many of the other series will be starting brand new arcs, even if they go back to classic[...]

Defenders #5 from Marvel Comics by writer Brian Michael Bendis, artist David Marquez and colourist Justin Ponsor (with lettering by VC's Cory Petit) is an incredibly smart book that immediately pulls off something the Netflix Defenders series' all pulled – what seemed like an ending of the story last week was not really the[...]
Iron Fist, contrary to the questionable Netflix series, is one of the best Marvel comic books on the stands right now.
Daredevil #26 is a great starting position for the next arc of the comic. The story is fun while still very macabre, and Ron Garney’s artwork is fantastic.
Black Panther and the Crew is a stunning, thoughtful series that ended much too soon — #6 gives a non-ending with no closure. This series deserved better.
It might not be the most brilliant issue of the current Doctor Strange comic, but #24 is still a fun read and probably Hopeless’s best work on the title.
After watching all eight episode of the Defenders and knowing that we'll be getting new seasons of The Punisher, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist… it's time to start thinking about what Marvel/Netflix Phase 2 could really be Phase 1 was well received overall, and whether or not you liked all of the[...]
