First Look at the Live-Action 'Titans' Series Logo
DC has given out some information today about the streaming service they've been talking about for a while now. DC Universe is the title of the service and we know one of their first series is going to be the live action Titans series. The series has already been filming with some of the official photos garnering praise from fans while set photo have not gone over as well. We know of the cast and that it's going to be a 13-episode first season. But not specific premiere date has been set.
The series is from executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter. Already cast as Dick Grayson is Brenton Thwaites, along with Anna Diop as Starfire, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Teagan Croft as Raven, Minka Kelly as Dove and Alan Ritchson as Hawk. The fifth episode of the season will introduce the Doom Patrol and the casting for that has been announced as well. Bruno Bichir was going to play Dr. Niles "The Chief" Caulder, April Bowlby is Rita Farr, aka Elastic-Girl, Jake Michaels cast as Cliff Steele, aka the Robotman, and Dwain Murphy will be Larry Trainor, aka Negative Man.
Today we get to see the logo for the series and I'm not sure how I feel about it.
It is very different then the Titans' logos from the comics.
Feels a bit too slasher for the series, but we'll see what fans say.
