At the beginning of today's New Avengers, we meet the Avengers from the year 21XX, who tease us something very intriguing, The Eternity War.

Exactly. Because at the end of The Ultimates, also out today, as the team head out of the known Omniverse, to see what damage thy can see caused by a variety of time travel shenanigans on the very nature of space time, someone might have an issue with that, and summons Galactus to help out.

That would be Eternity.

Both written by Al Ewing, who really is looking like the new Mark Gruenwald.
