The Future Of Spider-Man After Avengers: Endgame (Major Spoilers)

So we all know Spider-Man: Far From Home is coming. As well as referencing Peter Parker and his class' trip to Europe, it also reflects Spider-Man's fate at the end of Avengers: Endgame, dying on a planet at the other end of the universe to Earth. Was it set before Avengers: Endgame? Spoilers on from this point on, obviously.

Now we know that Avengers Endgame happens before. That Far From Home is the final chapter of the MCU Phase 3. And that, we presume, all of Peter Parker's notable classmates suffered the snap, MJ, Ned, Flash and more, and all have been revived five years later. Hmm, if you were parents, would you let the kid who died on you five years ago and has now come back, go to Europe in a universe where anything could (and it seems does) happen? That'll be a fun conversation.

It does also bring up the considerable amount of paperwork the Avengers have inflicted upon the world. Three-and-a-half billion people declared dead, all now revived. Not only will that haven't be reversed but there's the age differentials. Do you give someone born in the year 2003 the vote in 2023? Those who were snapped are really 15, those who weren't are 20. Lots of age discriminatory laws will have to be written, between the snapped and unsnapped. What about the unsnapped who masquerade as the snapped for their own purposes? Or vice versa? And what about reunited sweethearts who are now an inappropriate age difference apart? Will we see anyone who was in Peter Parker's class now in a position to teach it?

I know I said that the Avengers were eight times as bad as Thanos. But for inflicting that much paperwork across the universe, make that nine times as bad.
