Wandle Tree Comic And Gaming Shop of Tooting, London, to Close This Weekend

London's Wandle Tree Comic and Gaming Shop of Tooting is to close permanently this weekend. Posting on Facebook, they let their customers know the bad news.

It's with deep regret that today, we have to announce that The Comic and Gaming Shop/Wandle Tree will be closing the shop at Tooting Market on the Sunday 20th January.

This is due to the current retail market very visibly dwindling and it's hit us hard. At this point in time we simply cannot justify keeping the shop open, it unfortunately isn't making enough to keep ourselves sustained.

It's been a really hard decision to make as it's part of the community for such a long time. It's been a fun and amazing experience trading in the market, we've made so many memories made over the past four years, from the day we first opened our doors in 2015.

Our last day of trading will be January 20th so if you can, pop into the shop and say hi before we close the doors for the last time 😎

P.s. We will be taking a well earned break and we will bring Wandle Tree back online in the near future.
