A little while ago someone posted a link to a Primark Harry Potter duvet cover and I commented that if I bought it I'd use it to make a dress. Well here is the dress what do you guys think?

Spoiler, it was much loved. Bethany responded

Jeesh I was not expecting this response. This is the first item of clothing I've ever completed that isn't part of my ongoing Victorian Costume and I'm overjoyed that it both went well and that people like it as much as I do. It made it's first outing today to the polling station which was a strange mix of boring adulthood and fun.

I don't currently take commissions but I'm in the process of setting up an etsy with limited listings for things I have made before and am confident in producing. This will include Victorian bloomers and chemises and things like this dress. I may not list this exact dress again because I like having the only one but I'm sure I could source some other fandom fabric from somewhere. I'll post a link when it's sorted if people would be interested?
