A Comic Show – Batman Vs Watchmen, And Captain America Vs The Marvel Universe

Aaron Haaland of A Comic Shop of Orlando, Florida writes,

Hey Fandom! This week was a fanboys dream. I'm ecstatic about Batman and Flash vs the Watchmen's Dr. Manhattan in Batman #21's The Button. Also, Secret Empire #0 knocked the cynic out of me. Yes, the idea of a Hydra Captain America is antithetical to the person of Steve Rogers, but this issue floored me. If you read any Marvel comics, check out this zero issue. I think you'll begrudgingly be into it! Sure, plenty of other books came out this week and I talk about several of them, but those two are masterclass superhero-shared-universe-event-type stories. And if you get one creator owned title this week make it Donny (God Country) Cates' Reckneck #1. It's redneck vampires, they like their BBQ rare.
