DC Comics Cancels Damage in 2019?
Damage, a comic about a man called Ethan who gets incredibly strong and angry for an hour every day, destroying everyone around him, then apologising to everyone (apparently a complete coincidence) was one of the DC New Age Of Heroes launches. It was created by Tony S Daniel and Robert Venditti as part of DC's artist-first policy. Daniel left the series fairly shortly, while Venditti continued to write the comic. The New Age of DC Heroes was set up to mirror certain Marvel Comics title, Damage was seen as a mirror to The Incredible Hulk.
Bleeding Cool has learned from reliable sources that the series will be cancelled in early 2019.
This will leave The Terrifics and Silencer as the only titles in the line still being published. Sideways finishes in February and The Curse Of Brimstone will be concluding in March.
Here is the most recent solicitation.

Stranded on an island of monsters! Following his run-in with the Justice League, Damage was dropped in a remote location in the middle of the ocean, a lost land of some of the most dangerous creatures to ever roam the Earth. And now Damage is one of them— but only for an hour a day. The rest of the time, Ethan Avery is an ordinary man, and he is going to have to survive by his wits if he ever wants to get back to the mainland alive. That is, if there isn't more to this island than is obvious on the surface. Is there a more sinister reason that all these monsters have been stranded together?
