Fight Club 2 Will Launch May 27th, And Follow On From Free Comic Book Day Prequel
Fight Club 2 is the official comic book sequel written by Chuck Palahniuk, to the original Fight Club novel written by Chuck Palahniuk.
And it's out on May 27th.
Editor Scott Allie talked to Bleeding Cool EIC Hannah Means-Shannon in depth about this project, and other Dark Horse comic books.
Along the way, Allie pointed out that the Final Order Cut-Off date for Fight Club 2 #1, the last chance for retailers to amend their orders without penalty, is the Monday after Free Comic Book Day. Which features a free Dark Horse comic book retelling of the end of the first Fight Club novel as a prequel to the sequel… slightly different from the movie version.
Demand for that should help retailers to decide how many more they may want to order… and they may also like to know that a Fight Club-related prose short story will appear the day before Fight Club 2 is published, in Chuck's anthology of short stories, Make Something Up.
So, yes, everything seems to be coming up Fight Club… read the full interview here.
