Giant Days Extended To A Full School Year

BOOMBOX_GiantDays_01_A_MainOriginally, previewing in Lumberjanes #10 the new Boom Box series Giant Days, by webcomic creator (and fellow Brit) John Allison and animator Lissa Treiman has received heaps of praise and a brisk sellout on the first issue.

As a comic about three freshmen ladies adjusting to their lives at university to say it has an uphill climb in the direct market would be an understatement indeed.

I predicted it may be Boom Box next success story. And now I've received word that Boom will soon be announcing that the original 6 issue limited series is being extended to 12 issues.

Looks like these ladies will be able to finish out their freshmen year after all.
