In Tomorrow's Extinction #4, a Member of the Original X-Men Will Die

We told you that with the new series Extermination by Ed Brisson and Pepe Larraz from Marvel that, just like the title of Death of The Inhumans or The Death Of Wolverine, or The Death Of Ultimate Spider-Man, one should enter with fairly grim expectations.

We heard that one of the cast of X-Men Blue, the original X-Men, would be meeting a sticky end from the get go. As the Original 5 prepare to go home, the comic is not called Expulsion, Repatriation or Emigration. It's called Extermination.

And indeed, Bloodstorm died in that first issue. As did Cable – or at least the version we know. The first at the hand of Ahab, the second at the hand of Cable's younger self as the comic went all Looper on us.

But they are not done.

And in tomorrow's Extermination #4, I am told that the future is up for one of the O5. And there will be no travelling to the past…

Be prepared.

EXTERMINATION #4 (OF 5)
(W) Ed Brisson (A) Pepe Larraz (CA) Mark Brooks
• The X-Men are at the end of their rope.
•  If even one of the original five X-Men dies, our future is lost.
•  Jean Grey and the X-Men only have one option left…and it may cost them everything.
