Bomb Queen Comes Back to Fight Donald Trump in the Election
Bomb Queen was created in 2006 by Jimmie Robinson, and published by ShadowLine/Image Comics. Over the years she appeared in seven limited series, four single-issue specials, and a crossover in Savage Dragon, but has not had her own series since 2012. But in 2020, she's back and she appears to be bringing Donald Trump with her.
Bomb Queen, or The Queen, was a supervillain who has eliminated and subsequently banned all superheroes from the fictional city of New Port City that she founded. She rules the city as a dictator and the limitations she has placed over the city's criminals, including killing off her rivals, have made her a popular leader, even as she fights a corrupt organization called the Shadow Government who make numerous attempts to eliminate her, including smear campaigns, but that have failed completely.
In 2006, the final series mirrored the then-political stage in a series called Oh-BOMB-Ah, fighting Jim Valentino's Shadowhawk. In 2020, Jimmie Robinson seems to be doing the same with Bomb Queen: Trump Card, a four-issue series with Bomb Queen wanting to stop Donald Trump from becoming President for Life by campaigning against him in an even more outrageous fashion. And you thought the Presidential Election of 2020 couldn't get more explosive? Though Donals Trump should be really careful where he tries to grab her…
