Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #1 Sells Over 100,000, As Pink Ranger Gets Her Own Series

la-et-mighy-morphin-power-rangers-pink-no-1-cover-20160216The reported sales figures on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #0 were considered by some to be a little on the low side. And led to the aftermarket pushing the prices up the comic.

Well, looks like retailers weren't taking the chance on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #1.

With the news that the Pink Ranger is getting her own spinoff series starting in May, reported by the LA Times, there was also the statistic that Boom! had sold over 100,000 of the upcoming issue 1 directly to comic stores – no subscription box like Loot Crate or Nerd Block required.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Pink #1 is published in May from Boom!, and is created by Brenden Fletcher, Kelly Thompson, and Daniele Di Nicuolo. Covers by Elsa Charretier and Marguerite Sauvage.
