Niobe: She Is Life, She Is Coming…

niobe 2I get the feeling that when the first issue of Niobe: She Is Life from Stranger Press hits in November, it may hit hard. A combination of a new comic, written by famous actress Amanda Stenberg from the Hunger Games, and drawn by a fantastic upcoming artist Ashley A Woods, already picked up by Marvel for another project, with a strong activist community behind the project. And it's hella fantasy.

The second issue is out in December…

After fleeing the vampire lord, Essessa, Niobe arrives at the sacred Elven grounds of her ancestors, but she finds no welcome from her kind. She does, however, meet a fellow outcast in a half Orc boy who is accused of murder. But Niobe's quest to prove his innocence may expose her own past sins.
