On Christmas Day, Can You Help Don Perlin?

Publisher and a person who often finds himself working with veteran creators in need, Clifford Meth posted,
When artist Don Perlin recently had surgery to stop bleeding in his head, I contacted him after the operation to see how I could help. He indicated that he was fine. But he wasn't. They discovered more bleeding and today, as Don described it, they removed a piece of his skull the size of a creditcard and then put in a Titanium plate. He's stuck in rehab now which his Medicare and insurance do not fully cover. So let's help this man.
He has started a GoFundMe campaign with a goal of raising $15,000 to help cover the cost of his rehabilitation. In days they have managed to top that raising over $16,000. But there's still a lot that can be done to help Don.
Meth tells us,
Spoke with Don & his wife briefly this a.m. There's still some medical tests ahead but we're hopeful. At best, this is a miserable experience–frightening and debilitating… I've upped the "ask" when I realized that GoFundMe/PayPal takes 5% (less than what our industry's professional fundraisers take, though) and there will likely be unexpected expenses once Don comes home… All funds will go directly to Don.
And most recently,
I just had a great chat with Don who sends everyone his warm regards and heartfelt appreciation. G-d bless us all, everyone.
