Pocket God Comic Sells Half A Million – Now Goes FreeApe Entertainment and Bolt Creative have announced that Pocket God have sold over half of a million Pocket God digital comic book downloads to-date, based on the popular iPad game, for 99 cents/69 pence each.

And to celebrate, have made the first issue of Pocket God available for digital download for free through Free App A Day and Monster Free Apps, while the eleventh issue has now launched.

The Pocket God comic is one of the most successful digital comic books, very much helped by the success of the game. But with even the most successful mainstream digital comic books like Justice League get around 20,000, it shows just how much of an audience for digital comics is remaining untapped so far…
