Prints Charming – Rocket Raccoon #1 Goes To A Fourth Printing
Never underestimate the appeal of Skottie Young, the Guardians Of The Galaxy movie and the fact that he's a raccoon with a gun, The six figure selling debut issue is adding some more copies with a fourth printing of Rocket Raccoon #1.
And if any retailer is still sitting on the fence over that one, Marvel are making a the #1 Skottie Young and #1 Blank Variant covers available, one each, for every five copies of the fourth printing ordered.
Whereas books like Wytches #1 can only manage a second print. Well, it did just come out yesterday, I suppose.
It's being joined in second prints by fellow Image titles, Birthright #1, Copperhead #2 and Fade Out #2.
And from Marvel in the reprint stakes is the Falcap-revealing Captain America #25, female-revealing Thor #1 and the recent relaunch of New Teen Titans #1 which is coming a little late to the party but shows a steady drip-drip of audiences joining the book.
