truthThe most recent Bleeding Cool Magazine had a feature we hilariously titled The Black Bolt List, featuring a number of comic book projects that never made it to print.

Reader Auguste Miller wanted to share another, from a conversation with the late Robert Morales. He shares an e-mail from Morales, after enthusing about Truth: Black And White by Morales and Kyle Baker;

What's funny is Marvel DID approach me a few years ago about doing a new miniseries with Kyle about Isaiah's "lost time" in Europe. I came up with a sort of "Godfather II" storyline, counterpointing Isaiah's WWII adventures with his release from prison and the Civil Rights Movement. Marvel was interested, but we hit a wall on some contractual issues. But who knows? It could still happen.

Sadly that was not to be.
