Jericho From IDW, Warehouse 13 From Dynamite
Two publishers. Two TV shows. Two comics.
Warehouse 13 is a kinda blander-than-Torchwood, even-blander-than-Fringe show with people investigating odd stuff, from NBC broadcast on Syfy. And Dynamite are prepping to publish a bunch of comics based on them.
NBC's Chris Lucero is quoted as saying "With Dynamite's stable of thrilling storytellers and talented artists, we're confident that Warehouse 13 will stand side-by-side with some of the best comics in the industry today." Hmm. But Bleeding Cool reported that Chris Claremont wanted to write an X-Men/Warehouse 13 crossover, could this be his chance?
While over at IDW, they are publishing Jericho, a kind of Season Three or Second Half Of Season Two You Never Got To See.And they are collecting the first three issues as Jericho Redux in February to draw attention to Jericho #4, now a continuing series. written by Matthew Federman, drawn by Matt Merhoff, with covers by Scott West.
Producer Dan Shotz is quoting "Jericho thrives because of the fans that fight for this story on a consistent basis. We have to thank the fans because they are the reason Jericho is here to stay."
And checking the sales charts, you can see exactly how few they are…
