When the world's in danger of annihilation from an oncoming asteroid, every second counts. No one understands the importance of time more than CBS, who's giving fans the opportunity to watch the first 15 minutes of their new asteroid thriller, Salvation (premiering exclusively through EW):

Salvation centers on the unlikely pair of Liam Cole (Charlie Rowe, Red Band Society) and Darius Tanz (Santiago Cabrera, Big Little Lies), MIT grad student and tech superstar respectively, who team up with Pentagon official Grace Barrows (Jennifer Finnigan, Better with You) to stop an asteroid from colliding with earth in less than six months.
