The State Of Darkseid In Today's Comics – And In 1000 Years Time (Big JL3000 Spoilers)

Darkseid has been rather prominent in the DC Universe in the New 52, even if he hasn't been on the page as much. From the beginning of Geoff Johns' run on Justice League, he has been setting up Darkseid as the Big Bad to come. We saw him attacking a variety of dimensions searching for his daughter, seeing Earth 2 destroyed by Darkseid's parademons that the New 52 Earth fought off. And we have been told of the great Darkseid War to come this summer, a battle between Darkseid and the Anti-Monitor (who has already destroyed Earth 3) repeatedly teased in Forever Evil…

Well, in today's comics from DC, we get some other ideas as to how and where things are going. With a final page spoiler for Justice League 3000, so be warned….

While in Constantine, Darkseid finally notices the annoying little fly in his soup that is John Constantine. But what fate could befall such a God? Well, considering that there is only one Darkseid across the multiverse, Justice League 3000 has a final page spoiler that may reveal his final fate…

It is the Futurama solution after all. Isn't that what happens to all evil dictators in the 3000s?
