Thor The Mighty Avenger To End In January

It's been critically acclaimed all over the place. Roger Langridge and Chris Samnee's Thor The Mighty Avenger. An all-ages rollicking ride full of wit, daring, adventure and for many the kind of Marvel superhero comic they'd been missing for so long.

Well, sadly they'll be missing it for a lot longer now. Marvel have confirmed to Bleeding Cool that the reason for the book's absence in February's solicitations is that issue 8 in January is the last. This is how it is solicited;

ANd the last time it seems. You know, when Marvel said they were reducing the lines of what they considered overexposed characters, I never expected them to end one of their very, very best.

However Marvel tell me that the book is going to end with a very satisying conclusion indeed. Well, it is written by Roger Langridge. I wouldn't expect anything else.
