Secrets Of The All-New All-Different Marvel Universe – From Rule 63 To Fantastic Four's HERBIE
Secret Wars, the Battleworld and the All-New All-Different Marvel Universe… what's the transfer like between the two. A little rocky?
From today's comics, Jonathan Hickman makes promises he can't keep in parody title Secret Wars Too. As the spinoff titles have all but fallen away it seems such a shame that this domain didn't get more play.
Also from I… from those who don't know, Rule 63 is an internet adage which states that for every fictional character, there exists an opposite-gender counterpart. And now it has its own Secret Wars domain… for a panel at least.
But it could still return, just as Weirdworld made it out. As the Black Knight says in his debut issue…
And he's managed to find quite a few dimensional odds and ends from across the dimensions to fill the place up.
Including whatever actually happened to HERBIE…
Makes a great paperweight. But everything else has had its cosmic refresh and Deadpool knows…
All of him. Oh wait for a real classic pull back and reveal on this…. up there with Ant-Man #1 certainly.
The Marvel Universe has never really dealt with the fact that the Fantastic Four were about to launch a space ship to the stars when everything went wrong, and there has been plenty of alien contact since. Star-Lord wants to look at that and play catch up… it does signify a different approach to the Marvel Universe as well.
Oh and yes, we've found out where the X-Men have ended up, what's happened to Cyclops, that the Beast is still messing with time, Thor is full of haters and a history of a new character joining the magical side of the Marvel Universe.
Nothing new on neutronium/Iso-8 though….
