Sonic / Mega Man Crossover To Include More Sega And Capcom Franchises

Archie Comics is following up their 2013 event Worlds Collide that featured Sonic the Hedgehog and Mega Man with a new event called Worlds Unite that include more SEGA and CAPCOM franchises like Street Fighter and Monster Hunter.

The new event will include characters from Sonic Boom, Mega Man X, it will also include SEGA franchises Alex Kidd, Billy Hatcher, Golden Axe, NiGHTS, Skies of Arcadia and Panzer Dragon plus CAPCOM franchises Breath of Fire, Ghosts N' Goblins, Monster Hunter, Street Fighter, Okami and Viewtiful Joe.

Worlds Unite begins in May with a special prelude comic available for free in comic book stores nationwide on Free Comic Book Day. The 12-part crossover event begins in SONIC UNIVERSE #76 and continues through the other Archie Action titles including SONIC BOOM, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG, and MEGA MAN.
