The End Of Superman And Wonder Woman… Finally? (SPOILERS)

We knew this was coming, We'd seen it teased back in May.

And we saw the foreshadowing in previous issues with Wonder Woman, Lois and Superman's other friends and family…

 And Superman's look of disdain… and disgust…

And now, in today's Superman/Wonder Woman, as Lana Lang and Lois Lane have it out on Earth over a certain surrendered secret identity…

Up in space it's time to catch up with the timeline. Though something seems to have changed…

Not quite the romantic line we had been teased with.

And that's a less certain line from the original as well.

Well it gets there in the end I suppose, even if it took a different path. No attempted kissing this time Wonder Woman… I wonder what went wrong? Anyway, this is looks like the real thing.

And he really means it! As opposed to Superman lying to the world every day about being Clark Kent…. the biggest lie of omission of all. Superman, The Krypton Hypocrite!
