Batman And Robin Eternal, the new weekly series from DC Comics starting today promises a tale of the Orphan and the Mother. But who are they?
The first issue tells you a lot more about the orphan. Who saw his parents shot in the alleyways of Cairo, after they'd seen a film together.
The comic looks at the presumed surviving child, The Orphan, as well as the surviving children of the Batman, the Robins, the Red Hoods, the Graysons…
But when we flash back to the aftermath of this death in Cairo, the identity of the gunman is shown on the final page.
It's not Joe Chill.
It's not an Egyptian Joe Chill.
