The Guy Suing Stan Lee Is Still Using Stan's Image To Sell His Glasses

We are all, now, aware that Kaszluv Swarovski, Stan Lee's ex-assistant, is suing Stan Lee citing poor working practices, accusations that comic professionals who have also worked with Stan find hard to credit.

Bleeding Cool seems to have been the only site to look at Swarovski's other businesses, including his line of designer eyewear and his ability to get celebrities to wear them, on camera.

But is it odd, given the current lawsuit, that Swarovski would continue to use endorsements from Stan Lee for his brand? Including wearing a pair with his wife, Joan, in the background?
