But amidst all the jaw jaw about war war, there is something else happening, so far from Rick's eyes that he cannot see it. He has the big picture in mind so much that the little things are slipping by him.

I'm not exactly sure on the contraception availability in a post apocalyptic zombie infested wasteland… but at least he didn't keep his hat on.
