Tony Lee Writes Starbuck Comic For Dynamite
He's written Doctor Who comics. He didn't write Doctor Who/Star Trek despite the credit. He scripted half an issue of Superboy. And he wears a waistcoat. He's also known for work such as Hope Falls, Pride And Prejudice And Zombies, Harker, The Baker Street Irregulars and The Gloom, getting a new edition at San Diego Comic Con, courtesy of MTV.
And now Tony Lee is writing a Starbuck series for Dynamite, announcing at San Diego Comic Con. And sadly, against a teaser I ran about this, it won't be a biography of the international coffee chain.
And it's a prequel, the Starbuck before the original Battlestar Galactica TV show… how he met Apollo, had a speciual relationship with Adama, and exactly why did the Cylons attack his home planet and give him amnesia?
Let's find out! Until then, here's Starbuck and Starbuck in a Starbucks.
