Punisher Soviet #1 is in stores from Marvel Comics this week as Garth Ennis returns to the character alongside Jacen Burrows, Guillermo Ortego, Nolan Woodard, and Rob Steen. We've got a preview below, finally answering the question: what if the Punisher had a Max rating again?
