When Is A Clone Not A Clone? When It's A Big Spoiler For Wolverine #311

Two weeks ago it was Green Lantern #11. This week it was Wolverine #311. Comics that ComiXology have digitally distributed a week or so early, because someone somewhere put the wrong flag on the wrong file.

However, unlike Green Lantern #11, Wolverine #311 was up long enough to hit the pirate torrents. And as a result, one naughty Little Bleeder has told us of some of the things Jeph Loeb has brought us, in his return-of-Sabretooth story.

Well, firstly, not even Wolverine thinks the death of Sabretooth plot was a clever one… when your own characters start critiquing your stories, you know something is up. Bit that Simone Bianchi art, texture, panel layout, pose, everything is as gorgeous as you'd expect.

The Little Bleeder tells us "The Sabretooth that Wolverine killed for good? Well now Wolverine realizes that back then in his gut he knew something was wrong, and Sabretooth's scent was different. That Sabretooth was "a DNA replicant. A bio-engineered duplicate." It actually says that instead of clone. There about a dozen "DNA replicants" of Sabretooth in this issue, most showing a different look of his from throughout the years.

Yeah, they're clones mate. But what's the really big spoiler that you're dying to tell me? Concerning the identity of a certain red headed warrior from last issue that Wolverine gets a bit of smooch time with this issue?

"Wolverine pops two claws and threatens the third unless she tell him who she is. She is [REDACTED]"

"Before, [REDACTED ALSO] hinted that they and Wolverine were related, so Loeb really likes the incest angle. "

Yeah, I can't totally and utterly spoil this book a week before it should properly go to print, but those paying attention to the Jeph Loeb Wolverine will have probably got there already… and we have a bit of a Leia-kissing-Luke situation going on here.

Anything left to say, Little Bleeder?

"It's not very good."

Oh pish posh, why do you have to put a downer on everything? Especially since it's already announced as getting a second print., Here's the cover…
