You'll Believe A Man Can Fly, And That Man Is You – The Superman Virtual Reality Roller Coaster At Six Flags

Or woman, obviously. But that doesn't fit the line…

Six Flags have announced their new Virtual Reality Coasters, including three Superman branded ones.

Once riders take their seats and fasten the headsets, they will be fully immersed in the world of Metropolis. The ride begins with a leisurely tour of the city by Lex Corp Sky Tours… until Lex himself turns up wit his gravity gun, throwing cars, taxis and buses in the air and Lexbots start shooting at your vehicle.

But self defeating for his own company Lex Corps Sky Tours, but this is a ride, not a logic exam.

Superman then (spoilers) uses his heat vision to destroy Luthor's gun, causing everything its holding up to plummet towards the ground –  including your train.

As you fall, Superman falls with you, battles Lexbots, eventually defeats Lex Luthor and saves you.

No word is, Powerless-style, he puts you back on the tracks or not…

The Superman Krypton Coaster will be at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Superman The Ride at Six Flags New England in Agawam, Massachusetts; and Superman Ride of Steel at Six Flags America in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
